If ChatBridge does not work for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email qiuyueyang126@gmail.com with your order number or purchase email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor; after a refund the license key is deactivated.

Fees charged by your AI provider are outside our control and are not refundable by us.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
